What happens when you request deletion?

Your request is reviewed by the Goldex administration team. Your account and associated personal information are then deleted under our policies and legal requirements. Some information may be retained where required by law, regulation, fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping, or other legal obligations. Deletion may affect access to your wallet, transactions, trading accounts, orders, referrals, and other account services.

How long does account deletion take?

We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and aim to complete a full review within 30 days. Timing can vary if we need extra verification or if legal hold periods apply.

Why is some information retained after deletion?

Some records may be kept where required by law, regulation, fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping, or other legitimate legal obligations. Account and trading data may be retained for up to 5 years after closure.

Can I cancel a deletion request?

If you change your mind before the request is processed, contact Goldex support as soon as possible. Once deletion is completed, it cannot be reversed.

Can I create a new Goldex account later?

After deletion is complete, you may be able to register again, subject to identity verification and our policies. Previous wallet balances, orders, and referral history will not carry over.

Why do you need my phone number?

We use the phone number registered to your Goldex account to verify that the request is coming from you. Requests we cannot verify will not be processed.
